If you are like me and worried about making a mistake during fund transfer, it appears that it is still legally possible to sue the receiver if he refuses to return you the money even after knowing it is a mistake.
At least according to this report on the New Paper.

This should be given more publicity, both to allay our fears and also to make people aware of their moral obligations ;-)
